Thanks
Thank you for all the support and the positive responses we have received for our culinary venture. We have now completed our second week and are developing next week's menu!
Presently, we are surrounded by stacks of cookbooks and daydreaming about all the dishes we want to cook for you. We are leaning toward very summery, "picnicky" fare. There are so many dishes to choose from that it is hard to choose just a few.
Summer is such a great season for cooking. The fresh fruits and vegetables are always inspiring. We were thrilled to be able to offer the fresh blackberry and peach coffee cake this week. The fruit and eggs came from local farms. Hope you enjoyed!
