Summertime Jambalaya

When you think of Jambalaya, you don't necessarily think of summer, but this "Summertime" Jambalaya is prepared on the grill, and finished with a nice squeeze of lemon juice that says summer all day long! The onions and peppers were grown and picked right outside in the Scratch garden. Here's a pic from last night's feast- it is one of our favorites.
